Formerly a special unit belonging to the now defunct Black Legion, focused on ~the execution of internal traitors and treasonous organizations,~ investigation within enemy lines, extraction of targets of importance to Super Earth, missions where the chances of survival were minimal. It was during one of these missions, following a successful operation but with heavy losses, that the existence of the Black Legion and its operations could no longer be concealed, and the Ministry of Truth decided to disband it.

Some time later, the few remaining members of the Black Falcons unit joined the legion, where they seek to restore the glory they once had, under the banner of the Legion of Super-Helldivers and the glorious mantle of Super-Earth.
