A group of Helldivers not only loyal to Super Earth, but one that worships and deifies the spirits of Managed Democracy. Worshiping the name Lady Liberty, preaching the path to Managed Democracy, and chanting the litanies of the Ministry of Truth, none are more loyal to Super Earth than the Conclave. With subfactions such as the Faithless Penal Legion, the Sicarius Paritus , or the Mercinary Saints, we hope you find a niche that fits your playstyle.
