Despite the Death Korps of Malevelon Creek being primarily focused on avenging the fallen of Malevelon Creek, the High Command believes that there may be a slim chance that the Illuminate, Terminids, and Automatons may join forces and crush Super Earth once and for all. With the emergence of the Illuminate threat and expansion of The Gloom, the Deathwatch was quickly dispatched across the galaxy to quell the growing Xeno threats so that the Korps at large can focus down the Archenemy.

Function
The Deathwatch use more "unconventional" methods to purge the galaxy of foul Xenos presence. Gas-based and napalm weapons are rather familiar in the hands of these anti-bug and anti-squid exterminators.
