It is the duty of the RIOT divers [Rapid Infiltration and Operation Tactics] to serve as the fist of Super Earth, set apart by astounding efficiency, stolid standard operating procedures and a reputation for completing the mission no matter the odds. RIOT Divers do not encounter overwhelming forces; they are the overwhelming force.
