Born on Veld’s Hollow when platoon SEAF-1147 breached a “grain silo” and found 40,000 liters of untouched milk instead. Surrounded and starving, they drank, fought, and survived a siege rated unsurvivable — casualties near zero, reasons unexplained. Command issued them a patch: one white droplet on green.
Now they smuggle canisters aboard as “classified biological reagent,” rank themselves in painted droplets, and shun recruits with oat substitute until proven. Automaton logs describe a unit that “smells of dairy” and won’t stop coming.
