The 705th Split Spear is a tactical Helldiver unit built on the deliberate separation of offense and defense. Our name is more than symbolic: the spearhead pierces enemy lines, while the shaft holds positions and ensures the stability of our advance.
The unit consists of forward, aggressive combat elements that strike swiftly and relentlessly, applying pressure to enemies and clearing the way for mission success. They form the spearhead — the moving, destructive force.
In parallel, defensive and support elements operate from the rear, providing covering fire, fortified positions, and continuous support. Their role is to stabilize the battlefield, keep the unit cohesive, and ensure the forward elements are never left unprotected. They form the spear’s shaft — the strength that sustains.
