The Propaganda Corps develops... well, propaganda, for Cerberus. Developing videos, posters, any art, or whatever fits under that umbrella! Frequently working together as a team to make increasingly beautiful works for Cerberus!
The Propaganda Corps originates a long time ago, within the Chaosdivers, just like the CDI. However, unlike the CDI, the Propagandists were created far before them, in one of the previous Division Waves. Creating Propaganda for our previous Fatherland.
Coming into the era of Cerberus, the Director of Propaganda had merged with Kale's CDI, creating Cerberus. Then, during the split from the CD, Propaganda followed Cerberus, just like the Flayers had done... this led to the torch being passed down Höchste Propagandist, and now the Chief of Propaganda, the current specialization leader.
