Through a secretive course of four battles, soldiers broke from Super Earth to forge their own path across the unforgiving galaxy. Though neutral, we still cooperate. We accept dissidents and prisoners, fighting alongside our honorable militants, reclaiming their honor through valor, if need be, the ultimate sacrifice. As Super Earth wages war from Malevelon Creek to Calypso, other worlds are neglected. That is where the 91st comes in: striking lesser-priority targets, capturing dissidents, and enforcing justice where it has been long forgotten.
