But don't mistake R&D for lab nerds, they are more than trained enough to take down any target with least amount of trouble.
We Observe the enemy, Analyze their attack patterns, reach the most logical Conclusion to eliminate it and Execute the task removing the enemy. But by now all of R&D personnel know how to deal with them which is why they are effective on the field.
