Due to the gritty intensity of Jäger Korps Operations the attrition rate for a Mech Pilot or Armored Crewman is Outstandingly high compared to that of the other Units.
Every Operation as a Mech Pilot or Crewman is almost a guaranteed Suicide Mission for these brave men and women, Every Mech and Tank is outfitted with engravings of the Pilot/Crewmen's Full Name(s), Dates of Birth and their Last Messages, not IF but WHEN they die, the Interior Cockpit of each Mech and Tank not only includes Display Screens, Control Boards and the like but also the personal belongings of each Pilot/Crewmen.
