The bulk of the 63rd Hell Imperator is made up by countless scores of "Kriegdivers" - soldiers drafted from capable re-educated dissidents on penal colonies, or from select eligible participants in the CECOD program. Similarly to the Servants of Freedom, their final re-education and deliverance of themselves and their family units to Class-C and above Citizenship is wrought only through service-related termination - and will face the promise of it with valiance and fearless determination, even if victory is wrought by crushing the enemy beneath their corpses, and drowning them in their blood.

But standing as the shining exemplar of the 63rd, zealots of the Ministry of Truth, the S.E.A.F. Marines; heavily armed and armoured, specialising in death in all its most destructive forms. They are the hammer, and where they fall, so strikes with them doom itself.
