Melchior has exploded! In less than two weeks, we have grown by more than 1,500 Helldivers -- with a total population now above 4,000 members -- and are getting close to 400 clans registered in the system. With so many active clans, there's a need for better control over your community!

The V4.4. Update is chock-full of adjustments just for clan admins, and comes loaded with quality of life improvements for managing your Orders, Reports, and more. Some quick notes:
- /moderate is now fully revamped with new functions
- You can now upload Award images directly from within /createaward
- There is now a brand new /submitbatchreport command, which is exclusively for Batch reports

V4.4 Patchnotes

Moderation - Deleting Reports, Nudging Users, and more

• Revamped /moderate command - you can now Moderate Orders to find and manage problematic reports.

If someone submits a suspicious report, you can now:

• Nudge Player - Melchior will send the user a DM that allows them to undo the report, confirm it was correct, or send you a reply where they can add more information
• Notify Command Center - This lets you instead notify that user's clan's admins, so they can consider taking action directly. This sends a message to that Command Center. 'Notify Command Center' is only available under certain circumstances (e.g. your two clans are in the same CO together).
• Delete Report - This lets you delete the report, along with providing an optional message that can be shown to the user. The user gets notified when you delete a report.

If you have Nudged a player, and they confirmed it was correct, you may still be suspicious - so, at this point, you'll also receive a new button:

• Escalate to Competition Committee

If a user is claiming their stats are legitimate, but you are still suspicious, you can opt to escalate the situation to the HD2Clans Competition Committee. This sends all the audit history involved with that report to the Competition Committee, who will review the patterns and come to a judgment. For serious offenses, the Competition Committee can elect to ban the player's access to Melchior.

Batch Reports

/submitreport has now been split into two commands:
- /submitreport - (works exactly the same as before)
- /submitbatchreport - Used for submitting stats that came from multiple players

Award Image Upload

• You can now upload Award images directly while using /createaward
• You can now upload Award images directly while using /editawards
• You can still edit Award images on HD2Clans.com -> Manage Clan -> Awards tab

/reviewops Improvement

• The /reviewops command now splits Orders into groups - so it's easier to browse the list
• Orders are first grouped by whether you're already opted in. The ones available for signup are split between Pending and Active so it's easier to browse Orders by what's' out there.

Signup Button behavior

Before, if you were not signed up for an Order but tried pressing the Submit Report button, it would give the user an error. Now, it will ping them and give them a button they can use to immediately sign up, while pointing them back to the statboard to then submit their report.

Backend Improvements

• Optimized queries relating to award backfills, and improved robustness of award-granting processes.
• Optimized statboard refresh cycle to better accommodate clans that have opted into 30+ Clan Orders (this means you, 777th Relief Company)
