Briefing:

Recent battlefield reports have revealed a troubling reality: enemy forces continue to exist.

After a thorough investigation, High Command has determined the cause to be a lack of sustained and overwhelming firepower.

To address this issue, the 13th Heavy Infantry Division is launching Operation Excessive Force.

Helldivers are ordered to deploy additional stratagems, expend excessive quantities of ammunition, and eliminate enemy forces wherever they are encountered. No specific front has been designated. No special equipment is required.

The objective is simple:

• 125,000 Enemies of Democracy Eliminated
• 250,000 Rounds Fired
• 175,000 Rounds Delivered
• 10,000 Stratagems Authorized

Remember:
