Forward Operation Base - Phase 5

After a failure of Phase 4 there is a second chance to complete entire Operation. We have to delay the Automaton detection of our site and their blitz operation against it until we can set up defensive fortifications. For that we need to save personnel from every possible planet so later they'll be recruited as security personnel and to prevent Automaton detection before we're able to get some defenses up we need to attack them at every possible planet to divert their attention from the one we're building our base at. This Phase is of top priority failure might result in loosing entire progress we've got so far.
