The TCS+ has been empirically proved to make any Terminid infestation impossible. This outbreak, therefore, can only be the result of dissident sabotage. The evidence is clear and undeniable. Despite the dismantling of Automaton disinformation networks, disloyal extremists continue operations to destroy Managed Democracy from within.
High Command has ordered an immediate and forceful Counter-Dissidence Crackdown. The Ministry of Truth has identified, with high confidence, enemy planet as harbors of extremists.
