Operation Broadsword

The void’s dissipation has left much of Illuminate territory without ample defense from the light of liberty. One such territory is Asperoth Prime. Home to rich mineral deposits, the reliberation of this planet would greatly aid the war effort.

Unfortunately, the deposits are just as valuable to the Illuminate. SEAF ground regiments have noted heavy resistance from the Illuminate oppressors which still remain.

In response, the 32nd Airborne Division has offered to provide support, but thick enemy air presence has left them unable to do so effectively.

To counter this, multiple anti-orbital missile silos —dormant since the First Galactic War— have been identified on the planet’s surface, ready to liberate Asperoth’s skies from the oppressive Illuminate Motherships in orbit.

Helldivers, it is imperative that we hold these silos. Without them, the 32nd will be unable to provide SEAF ground forces much needed support.
