Though the breach was rectified through joint efforts by the Freedom Alliance, one issue remains unresolved: The perpetrators. So long as they retain biological—or mechanical—function, they possess the capacity to adapt and try again. The only path to security is their complete and permanent euthanasia.

We must start by restoring the RS Subframe's logs throughout the incident, an endeavor the Ministry of Truth has insisted be performed without duplicating or erasing any logs formed after its conclusion. Ministry analysts believe we can achieve this by integrating reprogrammed Automation CPUs directly into the Subframe's tertiary thinking modules.

While the process is lengthy, a recent study shows that excessive exposure to STRATAGEM HERO and FLEET CONQUEST sessions can accelerate the democratization process. This will form the primary basis of our integration efforts.
