Briefing:
The Seraphim Swarm (Red Seraph Fleet) has been deployed on a multi-purpose initiative to bring relief to civilians displaced by recent invasions on the Cheopessa IV system, while simultaneously raiding Automaton transport craft for resources to transport back to the Tibit system.
Enough resources will enable the formation of the H.E.A.L. Aggregate Response & Mitigation (H.A.R.M.) Company, a defense militia that will be tasked with safeguarding the H.E.A.L. colony in the Seraphs' absence.
