CAMPAIGN CELESTIAL FENCE is in jeopardy. Despite the success of operations on MOX, and the regrettable but necessary sacrifice of SANGIS to the Void, the HELLDIVERS and SEAF have failed to secure all necessary resources for the roll-out of Termicide 2.0 and TCS+. All projections have been adjusted accordingly and HIGH COMMAND orders us to continue in spite of these logistical set-backs.

The Terminids have responded to our construction with unwarranted hostility. At the time of this briefing, they continue to assault BRILLIANCE - the first TCS+ Site - and have now moved to ERATA PRIME, our secondary site. Projections indicate that our tertiary site, TERREK, will also face Fascist aggression.

In order to secure both civilian and military engineering and scientific personnel necessary for the completion of the TCS+ Phase Line, the STAR MARSHALL calls on the JOINT TASK FORCE to prepare for full deployment to the EASTERN FRONT.
