OP: CELESTIAL FENCE: PHASE 3

Phase 2 is complete. Despite failing to secure all the required resources from Genesis Prime, we attained a partial success by seizing Mox. TCS+ tower construction will proceed on Brilliance, using budget-optimized, localized materials to offset the deficit in our operational budget. Right on cue, the Terminid Swarm is now applying extreme pressure on Brilliance's neighboring planets, Terrek and Erata Prime. If not thwarted, they will cut off Federal supply lines and halt our construction efforts.

High Command wants us to slow the bugs down so the rest of the Helldiver Corps can push them back more effectively. Our orders are simple: Collapse the largest of the Swarm's Meganests, and litter the battlefield with as many mines, turrets, and emplacements as we can afford to deploy. This will ensure that the Terminids continue to have a hard time recovering long after we've left. Nevertheless, expect resistance to escalate as we near construction completion.
