The TCS+ is secured, though the terrorists responsible for sabotaging it and crippling our comms have escaped into the general populace. Fret not, for High Command has ordered the Full Deputization of citizens class B or above.

Peculiarly: While our comms were down, the TCS+ was actually defended. Command was only restored after a second attack hit the system, giving the illusion of a single, multi-month-long attack. What's even more perplexing is that there was a campaign in the Void between the attacks, yet despite command being incapacitated the division still received orders to deploy.

The Ministry of Intelligence will conduct a full audit to identify this mysterious benefactor of the will of democracy. In the meantime, get out there and provide some long-overdue relief. The Corps missed us, I'm sure.

Word from up high is that our deputized citizens have already arrested some dissidents and been rewarded for it, with said dissidents confessing to sabotaging the TCS+ and our comm systems, oddly enough.
