17th Omega Battlegroup

The 17th Omega Battlegroup was conceived on September 1st, 2186, following the suspected Automaton strike against Super Earth’s voting systems and the subsequent escalation of threats across the Federation. Recognizing the need for a dedicated force capable of exploration, intelligence gathering, and rapid response, the Rangers SESF worked alongside the Ministry of Expansion, Ministry of Science, SEAF, and Super Starfleet Command to develop a new generation of state-of-the-art vessels. Formally founded on September 9th, 2186, the Omega Battlegroup was created to defend the Federation against dissidents within our communities and the external threats posed by the Automatons, Terminids, and Illuminate, while opening new frontiers for Managed Democracy. The battlegroup consists of four specialized vessels: SES Brasch, SES First Contact, SES Melevelon Creek, and SES Meridia. Together, they form a highly adaptable force built to explore, investigate, engage, and expand.
