The Light of Gold is the personal barge of Ist Consul Lucius-Luther Aserpin. Out of all the vessels of the Golden Armada, the Light of Gold is one of the most magnificent by far. It's armoured length inlaid with gold and pearls - the latter being one of the most iconic symbols of the Knights of the Angel - and armoured plates the colour of rich wine. It orbits besieged worlds like a regal flagship of some ancient king, showcasing the well known arrogant pride and unrelenting opulance of the Legion.
