The ship was commissioned on the planet Thermadon. From there, it set out for its first campaign, the Battle of Malevolon Creek.
After defeating the Automatons at Malevolon Creek, the ship's crew and commander took a well-deserved break. However, upon the arrival of the new fleet, the Lady of War remained on the front lines of the Automatons, except for the Battle of Super-Earth.
Later, the ship was assigned to the January Company of the 116th Battalion.
