The Daemon Peregrinus, Latin for Demon of the Crusade or Demon Crusade, is a custom-built class of dreadnaught built for the Crusaders of Liberty. It is classified as an assault type, meaning it is entirely built for attack.

The Daemon Peregrinus is the Crusade's heavy response ship. It prioritizes the flagship and the Freedom's Talon's protection, but it is only deployed in response to a one of the Crusader ships being under heavy fire or being destroyed.

When it is deployed, it is with intent to commit total annihilation. The Daemon Peregrinus' built in MAC Cannon will ensure that whatever made it deploy is swiftly eliminated.
