SES Leviathan of the Stars

Commisioned during the closing years of the First Galactic War, the SES Leviathan of the STars originally served as a frontline orbital artillery platform before suffering a catastrophic over Malevelon Creek during a deep-strike liberation campaign. Rather than decommision the vessel, SEC transferred it to the 808th "Mad Bastards", under the command of Commodore Silas Mordane, where it underwent extensive reconstruction focused on stealth operations, Combat Search and Rescue, and HVT Extraction operations.

Its armor plating was reduced to lower its thermal signature, while entire artillery decks we gutted to expand medical facilities, cryo-storage, and civilian transport capacity.

During the SGW, the Leviathan earned infamy for appearing without warning over collapsing combat zones, extracting stranded Helldivers and civilians before vanishing back into the void.

Among frontline troops, its became known as "The ship you only see on your worst day."
