SES Promethean

An escort class frigate owned by the 9th Hellraisers, the SES Promethean proudly bears the blackened, ash-trim livery of the Second Company, "The Scorchborn." Serving as a dedicated fleet screening vessel, her primary mandate is to screen Super Destroyers during high-risk orbital deployments. True to her namesake as the bringer of fire, the Promethean is no pushover: her layered defensive grid, bristling with rapid-response Laser PDS and high-caliber Prosecutor Autocannons, shreds incoming missile salvos and starfighter swarms before they can touch the fleet. The SES Promethean can also utilize her Sabre Twin-Linked railcannon turrets to punch well above her weight class, crippling enemy cruisers that mistake her protective role for weakness.
