SES OBDS

The SES Orbital Bombardment Delivery System is the premier flagship of the Regiment. After reviewing hundreds of combat logs, Regimental Officer Orbital Addict JG and Commando LaggyLeprechaun recognized the Regiment frequently operated in areas cordoned off by anti-air emplacements. As a result, Eagle crews remained grounded and exposed direct support weakness. Standard destroyers were not capable of filling enhanced orbital barrages.

With the Operation Jutland, Hellsing Heavy Industries and the 117th were gracious enough to allocate resources for a dreadnaught. Initial plans were a quad M129 380mm battery but Hellsing offered two quad batteries. Efforts to add those were quickly made and eagle resources stripped for additional munition storage.

The OBDS is capable of providing orbital precision, barrage, and barrage support for multiple teams of Commandos and cover multiple sectors.
