The Democracy-Class Supercarrier is a flagship and mobile coordination vessel that carries out and supports operations away from the capital. It carries hundreds of small craft, ground teams and is capable of singlehandedly initiating a planetary invasion if needed. Despite it's incredible power, only one has been produced - it's size and relative lack of weaponry requires a large fleet constantly attending to it to prevent it from taking too much damage.
The only model of the Democracy-Class Supercarrier; the Ballot, was launched on May 1st 2186 during operation: Ballot, by SEF Super Earth's Finest with assistance from the Unified Helldiver Assembly, Freedom Alliance, International Helldiver Coalition, and many others. After a major victory in the Carrier Battle of Mintoria, SEF looked into ways to upgrade the vessel, and with assistance from the 117th it was equipped with a squadron of Hell Eagles.
