The Judge of Conviction was commissioned on Feb 8th 2186, by First Galactic War veteran, Nem. As a committed adversary of the Cyborg menace in GW1, Nem quickly deployed the Judge to the Severin Sector to investigate reports of "machine-like" combatants attacking remote SEAF outposts. The Judge of Conviction was one of the many ships deployed to Malevelon Creek in the lead up to the Galactic War on Tyranny.
Nem is believed to have a connection to the Ministry of Intelligence, though, due to the ministries secretive nature this is unconfirmed. However, considering Nem's history of using covert and guerilla style tactics in the battlefield, the Judge of Convictions rumored intelligence gathering retrofits, and Nem's perceived influence on high-ranking members of the SEAF and the other Ministries of Super Earth, it's understandable.
The Judge of Conviction's appearance in a planets orbit is an omen to the enemies of humanity, meaning only one thing, their conviction will be tested.
