SES Mother of Dawn

Commissioned on May 31st, 2184, the SES Mother of Dawn entered service in the very same month the Second Galactic War was declared. She helped collapse the Meridia Supercolony, construction of the D.S.S., repelled the Illuminate landing on Calypso, set foot into the uncharted Gloom, valiantly defended Super Earth from the Great Host, ventured into the hostile Hive World of Oshaune, and endured the grueling, bloody march towards Cyberstan. For almost two years, she served faithfully before quietly retiring in early 2186 after severe infighting across multiple warfronts left unity and morale deeply fractured. But as the war worsened, as the Illuminate plunged more planets into the abyss, as reinforcements dwindled, High Command turned to the few surviving veteran vessels in their fleet. In mid 2186, the SES Mother of Dawn was recalled to active duty - her hull restored, her systems recalibrated, and her crew reassembled. May light shine upon her children and scorch her foes once more.
