SES Arbiter of Audacity

The Arbiter - originally the Star, formerly the Judge - was first detected in active service over Oshaune and Seyshel Beach, yet it somehow returned to Helldiver training grounds a week later.
Due to the sheer volume of incoming Helldivers and Super Destroyers, little attention was paid to the Arbiter, seemingly another blip among the vast fleet of Super Earth.
That was, until it's name was changed. While doing routine paperwork for the allocation of super paint, it was discovered that the Arbiter was never entrusted to a Helldiver (as per Section 1.3 of the employment contract).
Upon thorough inspection and deliberation by Truth Enforcers, it was decided that, due to its extensive service record, the Arbiter would remain in service, however it would only be supplied with surplus and/or salvaged equipment, crew, and divers. Any future divers that slipped through the cracks would be sent to the Arbiter, and thus the Arbiter majorly holds Cape-less Helldivers.
