On 29/6/2186, the Freedom-Class Light Cruiser SES Wings of Victory was commissioned as the flagship of the 555th Fleet. Designed to lead destroyer flotillas and provide unmatched orbital support, the cruiser stands as SEHC's confidence in the Triple Nickle's ability to carry Managed Democracy to the furthest reaches of the galaxy.
