The MDC-64 "Can Crusher" is used for the express purpose of raining Hellfire upon alleged Automaton and Cyborg "civilian infrastructure." A claim so wild and ridiculous that we don't even check how true it is. Those bots ARE hiding a bio-processing facility that they so disgracefully stole from us, and they ARE hiding it under that "Medical Center." The cries for family, friends, and other loved ones are very easy to drown out once you remember how evil the Automatons are.
