The SES Blücher is the biggest Siegeship of the 77th, with a large "Bunkerbrecher" double barreled cannon on the underside of the vessel. It isnt made for Space combat but rather to support sieges on planets by destroying enemy strongholds and armored positions. It is named after the Prussian General Blücher, who played a big role during the Battle of Waterloo on pre-managed democracy Super Earth.
