SES The Shield of Blanchimont

The mighty successor of the SES Mulsanne Straight and the fourth Liberation-Class Escort Frigate of the Salamander Naval Forces, the SES Shield of Blanchimont is named after one of the most challenging corners across the circuits of Menkent. Its designation is shortened to “LES-B” (Liberty-class Escort Shield of Blanchimont). Following the liberation of our homeworld the vessel's duty has been to support the construction of defensive positions and protect the orbital space above, having served through the Heze Bay and Terrek campaigns. The Shield continues to fulfill this defensive role to this day while trying to honour the infamous daredevil spirit of the SNF, maneuvering through enemy fire at top speed to aid those in need and protect those under its watch.
