Eye of the Gonk

After the tragic loss of Matar Bay, there was one vessel that remained in low orbit to ensure as many civilian staff, SEAF support troops, and their families made it to the evacuation sites and successfully extracted from the surface of the planet. For it's determination in performing its duties, the frigate was transported to the Grotto Tactical Support Outpost known as the Lighthouse where it was repaired and retrofitted for use among the Armada. In ancient mythology, the Gonk was a creature of the fae who's eyes were shrouded in its facial hair, obscuring any insight into the creature's state of mind. It was unseen, imperceptible. Likewise, this frigate also seems to slip through the sight lines of the enemy, moving unseen and without wavering.
