SES Defense Budget

Commissioned during the First Galactic War, after a Ministry of Defense accounting officer discovered the ship’s projected operating costs exceeded the GDP of 80% of "enemy-controlled" planets, Super Earth made the only logical decision: increase funding. What followed was the most overengineered warship ever approved by the Ministry. Every system received upgrades, backups, and additional backups for those backups. The ship carries enough armor, firepower, and automated systems to make entire fleets question their tactical decisions. Its most famous feature is its coffee machines, which were equipped with redundant targeting systems after engineers determined that properly caffeinated Helldivers were a strategic asset. The SES The Defense Budget is less a Super Destroyer and more a monument to Super Earth’s belief that any problem can be solved with enough technology, and an unreasonable number of upgrades.
