The Carcosa assists in maintaining the constant internal vigil of the company, boasting moderate defensive capabilities against external threats whilst safeguarding the myriad secret projects within. The Emerald Carcosa was chosen both in keeping with the naming conventions of the company as well as in reference to the storage and containment of Nova corp's "black" projects, of which little is publicly known outside of the company.
