SES IRONWALL

The SES Ironwall was built as a standard Liberty-class Escort Frigate, a mass-produced shield of white steel meant to protect Helldiver convoys. It was a vessel of duty, never intended for the nightmare of the Void Entrance Test. When the gate collapsed, the ship was submerged in "Deep Static" for six minutes, returning as a bruised, purple-stained wreck. Its four hundred crew members were left as hollow shells, their minds "de-synchronized" and lost to the void.

During its reconstruction in the Hephaestus Forges, engineers stripped the ship to its skeleton. They bypassed the fried internal grid with the now-signature external Siphon Cables, designed to drain the lingering void energy. They gutted the barracks, replacing human comfort with cold AI processors and dark-matter sinks. But as the hull was sealed, the "Ghostly Aura" remained. The air inside stayed at a permanent, freezing chill, and the violet lights pulsed like a slow, rhythmic heartbeat.
