SES ORBITAL ANCHOR STATION-ALPHA

While Pelican pilots can drop SEAF squads with their eyes closed, those squads still need a massive amount of heavy ordinance and mechanical support to hold a Void Planet. Station-Alpha was built as a Low-Orbit Siege Platform.

Instead of just dropping troops and leaving, the 917th wanted a station that could sit directly over the combat zone indefinitely. It acts as a massive "Ammo Crate in the Sky" for the SEAF on the ground. If a Pelican needs a fresh rack of missiles or a SEAF squad needs their Autocannon turrets hot-swapped, they don't look to a distant fleet—they look up at the Anchor.

The 917th Logic: "If the Pelican can get them there, we'll make sure they have enough lead to stay there." The station was built during the reliberation to ensure that the SEAF aren't just a raiding party, but a permanent occupying force.
