Super Earth Armed Forces Strategic Command:

The SEAF StratCom exists to ensure the absolute, unbridled dominance of Super Earth via our valiant Helldiver forces, through rigorous strategic planning, unyielding large-scale operational coordination and relentless force optimisation. Our duty is to transform individual heroism into collective, concentrated, theatre-wide annihilation of all enemies of Liberty and Managed Democracy.

Though detached from and at best tolerated by High Command, the SEAF StratCom derives its operational legitimacy through the Helldiver Corps, making it—however tenuously—part of the Authorised Command Structure, thus operating under Clause 1.1.VI of the Helldivers' Contract of Employment.
While it remains separate from the regular Chain of Command under the authority of High Command, its function is indispensable: maximising the force-impact capabilities of the Helldivers to crush all opposition with calculated, systemic, and overwhelming violence.

Victory is not a mere possibility—it is a mathematical certainty when properly studied, planned and executed. Our future is not decided on the battlefield—it is decided before the first Hellpod is launched. Therefore, the SEAF StratCom ensures that Helldiver forces are deployed where they are needed most, when they are needed most.

1. Inter- and Intra-Theatre Strategic Planning
 • Development of both long-term strategic plans as well as strategic advisories at short notice
 • Prioritisation of general strategic objectives over short-term tactical considerations
 • Conduct of continuous threat assessment and strategic forecasting
 • Organisation of multi-theatre warfare to prevent enemy consolidation
 • Coordination of multi-front campaigns to disrupt enemy operations and ensure retention of strategic agency, initiative and momentum

2. Force Projection & Deployment Optimisation
 • Direction of Helldiver operations in accordance with maximum-impact battle doctrine
 • Assignment of Helldiver resources and reinforcement priorities based on warfront necessity, ensuring Helldiver presence where it is most decisive
 • Optimisation of planetary assault/defence efforts, making sure no Helldiver force is overcommitted or strategically misallocated

3. Operational Command & Strategic Synergy
 • Monitoring of real-time operational data and dynamical adaptation of strategies
 • Issuing of combat directives that align planetary war efforts with overarching strategic imperatives
 • Utilisation of operational intelligence processing, creation of battle plans based on real-time enemy movement, tactical shifts, and projected planetary resistance


The SEAF StratCom recognises that war is neither won by heroism without purpose nor valour alone—it is won through relentless, systematic eradication of all enemies of Super Earth. We do not believe in half-measures, we believe in overwhelming force, systemised assaults and merciless efficiency. The chaotic brutality of our enemies is the fire in which the iron discipline of the Helldivers is forged. Our valiant Helldivers fight, die, and conquer in the name of Liberty and Managed Democracy. The SEAF StratCom exists to ensure that their heroic sacrifice is never in vain.
