Commissioned in late 2184 on the planet Alta V from a shipmaster with a questionable past--for one reason or another--the vessel when commissioned was not originally named the SES "Will of the Regime"; this name came at a later date due to an investigation conducted into the shipmaster working the yard at "Porte Liberté" pertaining to the siphoning of [REDACTED] to [UNDER REVIEW BY THE MINISTRY OF TRUTH].
After a complete investigation had run its course, the shipmaster having been sent to a liberty camp on Afoyay Bay; the contract was henceforth managed by the Ministry of Defense, and the ship was reclassed to the SES "Will of the Regime".
