The second of three Dominion Class Dreadnaughts to be commissioned. The Dominion-class was discontinued because it proved too powerful, too costly, and too unstable for sustained warfare. Effective as a weapon of annihilation, but incompatible with the long-term strategic control Super Earth requires.
