SES Albatross

The SES Albatross is the armored spine of the 651st Battalion’s Fleet Division. A Trafalgar-Class Expeditionary Star Base, it is neither standard battleship nor carrier, but a mobile harbor brought to the front lines. Its hull carries the literal heart of Angel’s Venture; its armor was forged from raw salvage railgunned through the shattered planet's burning core. What was a wound became its shield.
While equipped with an overwhelming defensive grid—including three VX-12 "Foehammer" ultra-heavy railguns and eighty-one point-defense cannons—the Albatross exists to protect, not to brawl. Its true purpose lies within its cavernous relief decks, which house extensive medical bays, psychiatric care, and massive emergency habitats. Like the great seafaring bird of old omen, the Albatross flies into the darkest storms of war to pull civilians and battered soldiers out of the dark. It stands as an unbreakable promise: a sanctuary for the helpless, and a forge that refuses to stay dead.
