SES Ranger

The SES Ranger is the 5th Strigori Corvette tasked as a formation attacker for the D.E.M.O.S. naval task force. Unlike her squadmates, the Ranger carries two rocket pods that launch heavy ordnance similar to the EAT-411 Leveller, along with the standard loadout. When in the combat zone, the Ranger is able to intercept stronger targets with an alpha strike due to these rockets and commit heavy strafing runs on ground targets. Due to this multirole ability, the Ranger can alternate between the other Strigoi-class corvettes as a wingmate depending on the mission. The crew of this vessel considers themselves as bold combat aces, each having started out as Eagle pilots or artillery crew previously. This attitude has gotten them some reprimand from allied commanders when it comes to playing nice with fellow combat wings.
