Briefing:

This edition of the Blood Games will test the ability to bring death from the skies.
Every registered Hellraiser is ordered to demonstrate mastery of Eagle deployment for one month.
When the Edict expires, the leaderboard will be sealed and 3 warriors with the highest Eagle Kill count will be summoned to the Arena, where they will face the final trial before the eyes of the entire 9th. The nature of that trial remains classified until the leaderboard has been locked.
One one champion will emerge bearing the Blood Seal of this edition.
