St. Stimmy is a chaotic, stim addicted Helldiver who was a part of a failed experiment intended to create a legion of Helldivers that would have had their consciousnesses uploaded to a new vessel (clone) each time their cloned body would have its untimely demise. Unfortunately, St. Stimmy would be the only one to survive the testing phase. Not wanting to waste the resources, High Command would put Stimmy aboard their own specialized ship in hopes they'd be somewhat profitable.
While their temperament is unstable at best, and while their loyalty is questionable at times, they are incredibly skilled at their job and thus have been allowed to fly under the radar with claims from the technicians behind Stimmy's cloning that they will get the blatant and flagrant dissidence under control.
